Shipping method/delivery
All deliveries sent by Anway-LED-Treiber.de are insured against theft and accidental damage. As soon as you have taken receipt of your delivery and confirmed this in writing, the insurance cover expires. You will receive a tracking number for all orders so that you can easily track where your parcel is at any given time.
We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Shipping costs
We deliver with the logistics partners DHL or GLS. For deliveries within Germany, we charge shipping costs of 6.95 euros (including VAT). For partial shipments, the shipping costs are only charged once.
Shipping abroad is carried out by GLS, please refer to the following table for the shipping costs. We only deliver to the countries listed here!

The international shipping costs are displayed in the checkout after selecting the destination country for the order.
Delivery times
We process and ship orders during our general business hours. These are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm CET (except on public holidays). The goods are ready for dispatch no later than two working days after receipt of payment.
Please note that orders from non-EU countries such as Switzerland are subject to customs duties and import sales tax when importing our goods. These costs depend on the value of the goods and are calculated by customs. When the shipment is delivered, you pay the import sales tax in cash to the deliverer. Of course, the 19% German VAT will then be waived.
Products that are immediately available will be shipped the following day. Unless otherwise stated for the individual product, you will receive your order within 3-4 working days.
Delivery takes place within the working days specified on the respective item detail page (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays):
- in case of prepayment after receipt of your payment on our bank account,
- when using online payment methods (payment with PayPal) directly after conclusion of the contract.
When ordering several items, the latest delivery time of the items in the shopping cart is decisive for the calculation. In the case of goods for which a separate date for the start of delivery is specified in individual cases, the delivery period shall commence at the earliest on this date.
Payment methods
Pay for your purchase securely and conveniently. Choose your favorite payment method:

- PayPal
Prepayment/bank transfer
When paying in advance, please transfer the amount within three days to the account specified in the confirmation e-mail. Please do not forget to state your order number and customer number so that we can assign the payment securely.
We will process the order as soon as we can confirm receipt of payment. In some cases it takes two working days for the amount to be transferred from your bank to our bank account. We reserve your item for a full 7 days – enough time for payment in advance.
Paypal payment
Alternatively, we offer payment via Paypal. You can also pay with Paypal if you do not have a Paypal account.
When paying by Paypal, the contract is concluded when the order is placed and we process the order immediately after receipt of the order.
